Balsam Brands is seeking a proactive, resourceful, and innovative Creative Project Coordinator to join our Creative Operations Team. This full-time temporary position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple creative requests. The role involves working on integrated campaigns and various digital projects, as well as print and growth team initiatives such as catalogs, postcards, and packaging. The Creative Project Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to establish expectations, milestones, dependencies, timelines, project scope, and objectives, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to produce exceptional creative work in a timely manner. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the intake of creative requests, assigning teams, and providing brief reviews and project kick-offs. You will create and manage Jira tickets or comparable project management tools, oversee the day-to-day execution of creative tasks, product launches, campaigns, and initiatives from kickoff to completion. Additionally, you will create and manage work-back schedules and timelines, streamline workflows, and continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Creative Project Coordinator will also lead and attend weekly project meetings, communicate agendas, take detailed notes, and provide weekly reports on project statuses. You will create accountability among team members and stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary assets are reviewed, approved, and delivered on time. This position requires a strong understanding of creative production workflows and the ability to juggle several projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Creative Operations and is expected to work in a hybrid model, with in-office attendance required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
