About the position

The Creative Project Coordinator at Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation is responsible for managing creative production projects, including photo, video, and digital graphic design, through all phases from concept to execution. This role involves collaboration with various cross-functional departments and requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative production projects through all phases including concept, development, execution, and archiving.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and communicate strategies, creative concepts, and project progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with creative team members including designers, photographers, videographers, and editors.
• Manage the Production Studio Calendar and Project Management software for the team.
• Manage external project budgets and ensure all costs stay within the allocated budget.
• Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members regularly, including changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
• Support projects by managing prop tools/PPE and inventory.
• Manage ongoing relationships with freelance and creative agency partners.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a project manager handling multiple projects at once at varying levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate openly and candidly.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Event Management or related field.
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office.
• Experience with WRIKE project management software is a plus.
• Experience in Event or Creative industries is a plus.

• Experience with project management software other than WRIKE.
• Background in creative industries such as design or advertising.
