About the position

We are seeking a talented and versatile professional to join our team as a Creative Project Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist. This dynamic role combines project management skills, design expertise, copywriting abilities, and advanced digital marketing knowledge. The ideal candidate will oversee creative projects from conception to completion while leveraging CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and AI-driven technologies to drive successful campaigns. As our Creative Project Manager / Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage end-to-end creative projects, implement digital marketing strategies, and optimize our CRM and marketing automation processes. You will also explore new AI technologies and innovative tools to enhance our offerings. A crucial part of your role will be guiding clients through branding exercises, ensuring that their brand identities are consistent, impactful, and aligned with their business goals. We seek someone who loves to learn, experiment with new approaches, and bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to our digital innovation agency. You'll be instrumental in helping our clients grow and adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing projects and taking clients through comprehensive branding exercises to help them establish or refresh their brand identities. You will develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will also create visual concepts using Adobe Creative Suite, write clear, compelling copy for various digital platforms, and implement and manage marketing automation campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Lead clients through comprehensive branding exercises, including brand discovery, strategy development, and visual identity creation
  • Develop brand guidelines that align with clients' business goals and market positioning
  • Ensure that all client branding efforts are cohesive, consistent, and compelling across all channels
  • Oversee website strategy development and implementation
  • Manage content updates and ensure optimal user experience
  • Implement SEO best practices
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and pitch creative, innovative concepts
  • Manage client relationships and expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • HubSpot certification (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub)
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and project management
  • Proficiency in AI tools and technology; experience in applying AI for marketing or automation is a plus
  • Proven track record in CRM management and marketing automation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design and copywriting skills
  • Experience with high-level platform
  • Experience leading branding exercises from discovery to execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Expertise in Canva for quick design creation and collaboration
  • Web design and basic development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies and tools, particularly in AI and automation
