About the position

The Creative Project Manager at Insight Global is responsible for leading a team to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. This role focuses on understanding customer needs and creating exceptional experiences throughout the customer lifecycle, including shopping, onboarding, and management. The manager will analyze customer behavior data, build workflow models, and collaborate with various internal teams to convert strategic ideas into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to develop and implement strategies for customer experience improvement.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to identify insights and opportunities for performance enhancement.
  • Create a customer-first strategy and roadmap to transform initiatives into best-in-class user experiences.
  • Organize feature backlog to optimize delivery in alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Digital Operations, Engineering, Product, Experience Design, Marketing, and Channel partners.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Lead Experience Manager or Creative Project Manager.
  • Experience working with retail teams to solve complex problems across multiple programs or products.
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative efforts to improve customer experience from concept to execution.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with Smart Sheets and/or Google Suite.
