About the position

The Creative Project Manager at 24 Seven Talent is responsible for managing the intake and execution of creative projects from internal marketing and communication clients. This role involves overseeing the workflow of design projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and project expectations are met while maintaining quality and corporate identity throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of design projects including brochures, ads, presentations, AEM web pages, Eloqua emails, web banners, and social media.
• Maintain a smooth workflow throughout the project life, including graphic & digital design, proofreading, and art direction.
• Provide complete project requirements and communicate job tasks clearly to team members.
• Provide work estimates, determine schedules, and direct internal and external resources for project completion.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget commitments.
• Provide complete proofs to clients as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in creative or marketing environments.
• Strong understanding of design processes and project workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AEM and Eloqua platforms.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media management.
