About the position

The Creative Services Associate Manager (Marketing) at Reser's Fine Foods is responsible for developing creative assets across various formats, including print, photography, video, and packaging. This role supports multiple brands and channels within the company, ensuring that all creative outputs align with brand standards and are consistent across platforms. The position involves collaboration with internal teams, agency partners, and freelancers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative assets across multiple formats including print, photography, video, and packaging.
• Ensure all elements of projects meet creative brief standards.
• Act as the key point of contact between internal teams and freelancers/agency partners, providing creative guidance and feedback.
• Create point of sale materials, branded and private label packaging, videos, photography, tags, sell sheets, and advertising creative as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Project Management, and Purchasing to ensure timely and accurate communication about project delivery.
• Work with packaging vendors regarding deadlines, printing color processes, and art file concerns.
• Maintain final deliverable files in a centralized network system.
• Assist in improving processes to enhance efficiencies and ensure brand integrity across all projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years of experience in creative services for multiple brands, working with internal and external partners.
• Expertise in design, brand development, and the creative process.
• Deep knowledge of pre-press and print production (CMYK) environment with experience in press checks.
• Strong typographic knowledge preferred.
• Experience managing assets such as photography, editorial, design, and illustration content.
• Proven history of delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.
• Ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Expertise in photography preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
