About the position

The internship position at TikTok within the Global Monetization Product team focuses on empowering brands to create engaging content on the platform. Interns will collaborate with the Creative Solutions Lead in Canada to enhance brand partnerships and support various creative initiatives. This role offers students industry exposure and hands-on experience, contributing to TikTok's mission of inspiring creativity and bringing joy.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Solutions Lead in Canada to onboard and cultivate creative solutions for expanding TikTok Canada's brand partnership portfolio.
  • Aid the TikTok Creative Solutions team in conducting thorough creative analyses, gathering campaign/product insights, and staying up-to-date on creative and creator industry trends.
  • Engage in various tasks including content planning, content development, communications planning, product releases, creative development, and client briefings/events.
  • Support the introduction and implementation of new product rollouts, tools, and processes to enhance collaboration with GBS.
  • Assist in the management of creative product back-end operations, alpha/beta testing outreach, construction of advertiser decks, and development of product manuals.
  • Contribute to daily departmental activities, including facilitating GTM communications with GBS and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with intent to return to the program after the internship.
  • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
