The Creative Specialist (Photographer/Videographer) role at Coral Cove Media is designed for creative professionals who are passionate about photography and videography, particularly in the real estate sector. Responsibilities

• Build client relationships by connecting proactively and understanding their needs.
• Capture unique aspects of properties through photography and videography to create emotional connections with potential buyers.
• Maintain an organized schedule to ensure smooth workflow and quick turnaround times.
• Oversee the production of photo, video, drone, and 3D services for real estate listings.
• Produce social media content focused on agent branding, including YouTube and community highlight videos.
• Ensure consistency in visual style and branding across all projects.
• Provide creative consultations to clients in the field.
• Manage company equipment and maintain high levels of organization.
• Maintain an accurate calendar and time-tracking.
• Travel to various locations safely and promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and field notes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional or independent creative experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License.
• Experience with 3-axis gimbals and stabilized video shooting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Located within 20 miles of Jacksonville, FL.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.) or DaVinci/Final Cut.
• Real estate photography/videography experience.
• Proficiency with Sony Mirrorless camera systems.
