Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their specific requirements and deliver exceptional service.
• Skillfully tell visual stories through images, capturing the unique features of each property.
• Help build clients' brands by showcasing them and their properties in a compelling manner.
• Maintain organization while managing calendars, equipment, files, and resources for smooth workflow.
• Practice and perfect creative skills while receiving feedback and evaluations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of creative experience as a professional or independent contractor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car for job duties.
• Experience in photography and videography, including drone operation.
• Proficiency with DSLR camera systems and lenses.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Valid Part 107 drone pilot certification.
• Experience in the real estate industry, marketing/sales, or business operations.
• Comfortable using a 3-axis gimbal for stabilized video content.
• Experience with studio lighting and portrait photography.
