About the position

The Creative Technical Writer - IV position is a long-term contract role focused on supporting the value compliance operations team. The writer will be responsible for documenting the end-to-end customer journey blueprints within the organization, ensuring that all processes are accurately captured and communicated to the user community.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with SMEs, process owners, and end users to craft documentation, job aids, SOPs, process guides, and training guides.
• Take materials developed by others and extract relevant content for the user community.
• Craft original materials as processes are updated and refined.
• Develop and maintain approved templates for the documentation.
• Create user stories and support the team in developing user stories in Jira for the COP backlog.
• Support the semi-annual attestation of all documented processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in compliance or related fields.
• Strong understanding of documentation standards and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, including Jira.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with compliance frameworks and regulations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and user story creation.
