About the position

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. This position is designed for individuals who have a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. As a Tax Expert, you will be responsible for assisting customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. You will work towards advancing Intuit's goal of 'Powering Prosperity Around the World.' This role allows you to work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, utilizing commercial tax preparation software. You should possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, along with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws. An active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) is also required. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
