The Seasonal Tax Manager position at JDA TSG involves managing and supporting a team of tax professionals during the tax season. This remote role requires an actively credentialed tax professional to prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing excellent client service. The position offers flexible schedules and the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of tax professionals.
- Prepare and review tax returns for clients during tax season.
- Ensure tax return accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Achieve performance metrics including Client NPS and contract revenue attainment.
Requirements
- Active Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with an active PTIN.
- At least 10 years of professional tax preparation experience.
- Experience preparing and filing complex tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 2555, 8824, and Schedules A, B, D, E, F, K-1).
- Supervisory experience with the ability to review complex income tax returns accurately.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in professional tax software (Lacerte, ProSeries, ProConnect) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, One Drive, Teams, Word, Excel).
