We are looking for a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Credentialed Trainer to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence. This position is responsible for developing content/workflow expertise for assigned Epic application(s). Credentialed Trainers focus on the provision of end user training in the classroom, via live meetings and/or in 1:1 settings for end users from all levels of the organization. Additional focus areas include rounding, customer communication and optimization activities.
