The anticipated work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, and it requires in-office attendance. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive employee credential files, which are crucial for compliance and operational efficiency. They will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring that all new employees are properly integrated into the company. Additionally, the specialist will process credential requests from customers and field managers, review and track payments of invoices related to credentialing, and assist the HR team and Safety department with various projects and tasks as needed. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain employee credential files.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team with new hire onboarding and orientation.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in a highly detailed administrative role, preferably in healthcare credentialing, safety/compliance, contract compliance, or legal department.
  • Knowledge of office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and applicable software applications, including databases; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Assertive yet friendly/professional/collaborative verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels.
  • Excellent and professional customer service skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work with multiple team members and communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
