About the position

The Credentials & Facility Operations Manager at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is responsible for overseeing credentialing processes and managing various facility-related projects. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring precision in credential management and effective collaboration across departments for successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the credentialing process for game days and special events.
  • Oversee the processing, printing, and distribution of credentials, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a well-organized inventory of credential supplies and materials.
  • Address credential requests and inquiries from staff and vendors efficiently.
  • Supervise part-time staff responsible for all credentialing activities leading up to and during game days.
  • Oversee vendor management initiatives to ensure alignment with NFL guidelines and processes, maintaining high standards of compliance and performance across all vendor engagements.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and assessment of facility/stadium-related projects.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements for ongoing and future projects.
  • Manage part-time staff involved in all game day operations in preparation for and during events.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to credentialing and project activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and team meetings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in sports and facility/stadium management preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven experience in independently managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Personable team player with outstanding communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and operations management systems.
  • Experience with Accredit Solutions and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Wicket and Apple software preferred.
