About the position

The Credit Analyst, International position at GNC is responsible for managing the international credit process and supervising all international franchise accounts. This role involves overseeing the collection of international franchise receivables, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and coordinating the resolution of disputes. The analyst will also prepare reports for senior management and assist the tax department with foreign tax receipts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the international credit process and supervise all international franchise accounts.
• Supervise the collection of all international franchise receivables.
• Review the letter of credit process to protect company assets prior to shipment to international franchisees.
• Provide necessary correspondence and information to support the International Franchising Program.
• Coordinate the resolution of international franchise disputes and inquiries with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies before shipment of orders to international franchisees.
• Prepare monthly reports for senior management.
• Assist the tax department with collection of foreign tax receipts from international franchisees.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels, both internal and external.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work with international franchise operators.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
• Proficient in PC skills, particularly Word and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting procedures.
