About the position

The Credit Analyst Program at Associated Bank is designed to develop high-potential talent through a structured 5-month training program. Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand Associated's credit approach and underwriting process.
  • Conduct analysis and underwriting of existing and new credit transactions.
  • Monitor and manage a loan portfolio.
  • Analyze companies' capital structure and financial needs to recommend solutions.
  • Understand Associated's lending cycle and banking products.
  • Participate in a structured mentorship program and attend networking events.
  • Attend development workshops and skills training for personal growth.
  • Receive comprehensive performance feedback focusing on development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance (Required).
  • Less than 2 years of entry-level experience (Preferred).
