About the position

The Credit Analyst will play a crucial role in managing customer credit records, processing credit applications, and addressing customer inquiries within the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry. This position involves monitoring accounts, ensuring effective cash flow, and implementing collection processes to maintain financial health.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently processing customer credit applications related to the Construction or Materials supplier industry
• Managing and maintaining accurate customer credit records
• Handling B2B collections and communicating effectively with clients
• Tracking mechanic liens and dates from the last day of delivery
• Overseeing billing for projects that could span over a year or more
• Working in an ERP system, specifically Viewpoint, for business operations
• Analyzing cash flow and managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Understanding and applying knowledge of 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Credit Applications
• Implementing effective collection processes to maintain positive cash flow
• Understanding credit and its application in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Credit Analyst in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry
• Proficiency in 3M operations
• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Must be adept at using CRM tools
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
• Proven expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Strong skills in Cash Flow Analysis
• Demonstrable experience in Collection Processes
• Proficient in Credit operations and Credit Application processes
