About the position

The Credit Analyst will work within the marketing and portfolio management team at Bangkok Bank, managing a portfolio of accounts. This role involves preparing credit applications, conducting credit risk analysis for underwriting new transactions, and performing annual reviews. The analyst will also prepare financial projections, analyze financial statements, and handle Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and portfolio management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts.
• Prepare credit applications and conduct credit risk analysis for new transactions.
• Perform annual reviews of existing accounts.
• Prepare spreadsheets and financial projections.
• Analyze financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Work independently on KYC processes and portfolio management reporting.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Thai preferred but not required.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good understanding of financial statements.
• Ability to work independently and establish priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of legal documents and credit agreements.
• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
