About the position

The Credit Analyst role is focused on reviewing customer requests and supporting the resolution process by addressing issues or taking necessary actions. This position involves managing customer interactions related to accounts, products, and services, while collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer request process and ensure accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Management of customer or client requests related to accounts, products, and services, and advising them on actions to remediate the issues.
• Collaboration with teams across the bank to promote, integrate and educate the customer request process.
• Management and maintenance of customer records and documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Participation in training and development initiatives to improve customer skills, knowledge, and services.
• Identification of industry trends and developments related to customer request handling to implement best practices in customer care.
• Execution of escalation requests to the relevant team or senior management as required in a timely manner.
• Review customer requests and support the resolution process by remediating the issue or taking further actions when required.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer requests and issues.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the bank.
• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
