About the position

The Credit Collections Analyst plays a crucial role in managing accounts receivable, credit, and collections processes within a dynamic finance team. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cash payment applications and ensure timely achievement of collection targets.
• Foster strong customer relationships, address complaints, and support resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Generate monthly accounts receivable (AR) reports, including roll forwards and collection summaries.
• Oversee credit and collections operations, including approving credit holds and establishing credit limits.
• Partner with sales teams to address credit-related concerns and spearhead process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred; Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience with B2B credit and collections.
• Strong familiarity with manufacturing environment.
• ERP experience required; Infor Syteline ERP preferred.
• Advanced use of Excel including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and formulas.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SyteLine ERP for at least 1 year.
