About the position

Bridgeforce is a niche management consulting firm that specializes in assisting clients within the banking and financial services industry to address pressing challenges and seize new opportunities. As a remote full-time Consumer Reporting & Metro 2® Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in consulting on various client projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analyses of client operational reviews and business issues, performing hands-on data analysis, and managing projects effectively. You will also be tasked with developing work materials for clients, primarily in the form of presentations, documents, and spreadsheets. Building and managing client relationships will be a key aspect of your role, as our most successful consultants demonstrate initiative and problem-solving capabilities through strong analytical skills. In this position, you will gather and analyze data by delving into the details of operational reviews, assessment matrices, and business issues. You will document your findings and provide recommendations based on your analysis, presenting these findings through reports and presentations. Additionally, you will participate in developing solutions to client issues, focusing on problem-solving. Conducting industry research and staying updated on trends related to banking regulations, compliance, and general trends within the banking and financial services industries will also be part of your responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to create and contribute to thought leadership content to support marketing efforts and develop trusted advisor relationships with clients to expand your consulting network. Leveraging your consulting network and experience for business development will be essential in identifying new leads and sales opportunities through ongoing communication with your network.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from operational reviews and assessment matrices.
• Document findings and make recommendations based on analysis.
• Present findings through reporting and presentations.
• Participate in developing solutions to client issues with a focus on problem-solving.
• Conduct industry research and stay updated on banking regulations and compliance trends.
• Create and contribute to thought leadership content for marketing efforts.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients to grow the consulting network.
• Leverage consulting network for business development and identify new leads.

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct experience with Metro 2®, consumer data furnishing to CRAs, and credit reporting disputes.
• Proven track record of analytical abilities.
• Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work remotely 100% of the time.
• Willingness to take initiative and adapt to varying project objectives.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, pending client requirements.
