As a remote full-time Consumer Reporting & Metro 2® Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in consulting on various client projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analyses of client operational reviews and business issues, performing hands-on data analysis, and managing projects effectively. You will also be tasked with developing work materials for clients, primarily in the form of presentations, documents, and spreadsheets. Building and managing client relationships will be a key aspect of your role, as our most successful consultants demonstrate initiative and problem-solving capabilities through strong analytical skills. In this position, you will gather and analyze data by delving into the details of operational reviews, assessment matrices, and business issues. You will document your findings and provide recommendations based on your analysis, presenting these findings through reports and presentations. Additionally, you will participate in developing solutions to client issues, focusing on problem-solving. Conducting industry research and staying updated on trends related to banking regulations, compliance, and general trends within the banking and financial services industries will also be part of your responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to create and contribute to thought leadership content to support marketing efforts and develop trusted advisor relationships with clients to expand your consulting network. Leveraging your consulting network and experience for business development will be essential in identifying new leads and sales opportunities through ongoing communication with your network.
