  • Navigate a computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot customer questions.
  • Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management as needed.
  • Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced call environment.
  • Provide empathetic support for inquiries related to reward redemptions, card activations, and payment processing.
  • Utilize multiple systems to document customer inquiries and responses.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with financial services or credit card operations.
