This role is essential for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, assisting them with their bank accounts and credit card inquiries. This position is temp to perm, offering a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour, with weekly pay schedules. The working hours for this role are from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, and candidates must be available to work weekends as needed. As a Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls, typically ranging from 75 to 100 calls per day. Your primary duties will include resolving customer complaints and inquiries, reviewing customer credit card profiles, assisting customers in understanding their balances, and transferring escalated calls to the appropriate department. This role requires a strong commitment to quality customer service and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in customer service or call center support
