As a Credit Card Product Marketing - Senior Manager within PNC's Marketing & Communications organization, your position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. PNC's Marketing organization is on a journey to redefine what great marketing looks like and to serve as an innovative growth engine for the business. We are investing in a newly formed Product Marketing team to lead the strategic planning and execution of new program and product launches through the Marketing lens. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Card Product Marketing professional to join our growing team and drive high-impact go-to-market product launch strategies. We are seeking curious, growth-minded thinkers to help shape our team vision, playing a key role as we execute against our ambitious card agenda. In this role, you will aid in the ongoing refinement and further establishment of the working model for this growing team. You will influence product strategy and design execution across efforts, leading a team in the execution of integrated, multi-channel strategic launch plans for one or more products/programs/initiatives. You will develop competitive and differentiated value propositions that will serve as the building blocks for all customer and employee facing communications. Additionally, you will support the development of learning agendas to prove the value of marketing efforts and support continuous campaign improvement. Using demographic and behavioral data, you will inform tailored marketing strategies for specific products, stay up to date on customer needs and market dynamics to help identify product opportunities, and monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to position products and features effectively. You will ensure that value propositions, benefits & messaging are consistently delivered across teams and channels and serve as proof points of brand imperatives. Leading a team in the execution of creative campaigns that drive customer and financial growth in partnership with PNC's advertising agencies will be a key responsibility. You will also influence the budget while ensuring all operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established budget framework.
