About the position

As the Credit Controller/Office Manager at Cavity Sliders, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to clients while managing Accounts Receivable and Office Administration. This full-time position also involves assisting HR with onboarding and paperwork for new hires, ensuring smooth operations within the office.

Responsibilities

  • Process statements and manage debt collection for Accounts Receivable.
  • Allocate customer payments and set up new accounts.
  • Handle customer returns and credit management.
  • Investigate and respond to accounting inquiries and assist with invoicing.
  • Facilitate payment processing for clients.
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks for new hires, including ordering equipment and compiling documentation.
  • Manage UPC codes and order marketing materials and office supplies.
  • Update staff records in ADP and conduct staff inductions.
  • Liaise with the Sugar CRM administrator for system management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Credit Controller, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills focused on customer service excellence.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven success in implementing and optimizing workflows.
