About the position

Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of up to 5 Credit Hire Litigation fee earners.
- Monitor team performance and distribute work effectively.
- Provide training and coaching to team members as necessary.
- Manage a small caseload of Credit Hire matters.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Credit Hire Litigation.
- Technical expertise to provide training and supervision.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
