About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Distribution Finance Relationship Associate as part of the Business Client Management team. This role involves serving as the customer service contact for a portfolio of wholesale loan customers, ensuring timely resolution of account issues, and proactively managing accounts to maintain compliance with approved programs. The position emphasizes building professional relationships with customers and driving improvements in customer service based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer service contact for a portfolio of wholesale loan customers.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with assigned accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of account issues such as billing inquiries and credit line maintenance.
• Listen, gather, and analyze dealer feedback to drive customer service improvements.
• Proactively manage accounts to ensure compliance with approved programs via collection of amounts due and required documentation.
• Monitor accounts using portfolio control subsystems and review reports to identify potential problem loans.
• Build relationships with customers as measured through Customer Surveys.

Requirements

• 6+ months of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of collections experience.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
