About the position

The Credit Portfolio Manager I plays a crucial role within the Community Credit Management team at TD Bank, focusing on underwriting and managing credit portfolios for new and existing opportunities. This position primarily supports C&I relationships with annual revenues under $100 million and Investment Commercial Real Estate relationships, contributing to the overall success of the North & Central Florida Community Banking group.

Responsibilities

• Provide underwriting and portfolio management for new and existing credit opportunities.
• Support C&I relationships with annual revenues less than $100 million.
• Manage Investment Commercial Real Estate (Inv. CRE) relationships.
• Collaborate with the Community Credit Management team to assess credit risks and opportunities.
• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored credit solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Experience in credit underwriting and portfolio management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to assess credit risk.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and services.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in community banking or commercial lending.
• Familiarity with financial analysis and credit assessment tools.
