The Tableau Developer 2 (Credit Risk) is an individual contributor role at Western Alliance Bank, located in CityScape, Phoenix, AZ. In addition to dashboard creation, responsibilities may include documentation, training business users, and the creation and maintenance of Tableau write-back extensions and Tableau extracts. The Tableau Developer will have recurring production responsibilities as well as project or ad hoc duties, both of which require a high attention to detail. Critical to success in this position is the ability to demonstrate independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, decision-making capabilities, prioritization, a sense of urgency, quick turnaround, adaptability, and strong customer service skills. The role also demands on-time implementation and the ability to support diverse projects effectively. A detailed understanding of banking concepts is essential, along with an aptitude for integrating efficiencies with technology and applications used to deliver information and reporting to customers within the bank. The Tableau Developer will develop and maintain critical portfolio management information and provide reports and operating performance metrics.
