About the position
The Credit Repair Sales and Customer Service Representative role is a full-time remote position focused on assisting clients in improving their credit scores. Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, or online chat to explain credit repair services.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Assess clients' credit situations and recommend tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on the credit repair process and steps they can take to improve their credit.
- Meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Stay updated on credit repair laws and company policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (credit repair experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
