About the position

The Credit Repair Sales and Customer Service Representative role is a full-time remote position focused on assisting clients in improving their credit scores. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, or online chat to explain credit repair services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assess clients' credit situations and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Educate clients on the credit repair process and steps they can take to improve their credit.
  • Meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Stay updated on credit repair laws and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (credit repair experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
