Responsibilities

• Developing personalized credit improvement plans based on clients' unique financial situations and goals.
• Reviewing and disputing inaccuracies on credit reports with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies.
• Educating clients on credit scoring factors and providing actionable advice to build and maintain positive credit habits.
• Monitoring client progress, updating strategies as needed, and ensuring compliance with credit laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Certified Credit Counselor (CCC) or similar certification required.
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role with expertise in credit restoration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and credit analysis tools.
• Advanced computer and overall technology skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize effectively.
