About the position

The Credit Reporting and Data Visualization Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and preparing complex reports for credit and senior management teams. This position focuses on translating user needs into detailed dashboards that aid in credit decision-making, ensuring that the reports are insightful and valuable for various stakeholders, including Divisional Credit Account Officers and Credit Support Managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare complex monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for credit and senior management teams.
• Translate user needs into creative and detailed dashboards for credit decision-making.
• Run complex queries using supported tools and systems to create analytical reports.
• Stay updated with current reporting platforms such as Excel and Power BI.
• Identify and investigate business and process issues raised by business units and assist in resolving data and reporting problems.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and preparing complex reports for management.
• Proficiency in SQL and SAS for data analysis and report generation.
• Strong understanding of reporting platforms like Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to interpret user requests and build innovative reports.
