About the position

The Credit Research Analyst Discovery Program is a two-day immersive event designed for sophomores to experience Barclays and be assessed for Summer 2026 Internship opportunities. The program aims to attract high-achieving individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing insights into financial services and the recruitment process while fostering connections with current graduates and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in seminars and workshops to learn about financial services and Barclays as an employer.
• Engage in breakout sessions specific to the business area to understand the Summer Internship expectations.
• Connect with current graduates and senior leaders during networking sessions.
• Undergo assessment interviews for the Summer Internship on the second day of the program.

Requirements

• GPA of 3.2 or above.
• Sophomore status, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Open to students from any degree discipline.
• Curiosity about how a global bank adapts in a constantly evolving environment.
