About The Position
The Credit Resolution Recovery Expert at CapEd Credit Union is responsible for promoting member financial well-being by engaging in meaningful conversations to collect on charged-off loans and draft accounts. This role focuses on managing charged-off loans/accounts, collecting delinquent payments, and addressing financial inquiries to enhance the member experience and strengthen relationships with the Credit Union.
