About the position

The Credit Risk Business Support Analyst at Amtex Systems Inc. is responsible for analyzing loan applications and credit performance data to support business decisions. This role involves extensive data extraction, validation, and manipulation using SAS and SQL, as well as effective communication with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements. The position is primarily onsite in San Antonio, TX, and is a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities

• Execute reporting and conduct data validation processes.
• Work with technical stakeholders to deploy dashboards.
• Assess financial impacts of business decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience coding in a SAS/SQL environment to extract and aggregate data.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing loan application and credit performance data.
• 5+ years of experience in communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
