About the position

The Credit Risk Analyst position at Stryker involves analyzing credit data and financial information to assess risk and support decision-making processes. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to present findings effectively. The analyst will also be responsible for training users on business intelligence tools to promote self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Access and gather data from multiple sources for credit analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy by removing duplicates, managing missing values, and correcting inconsistencies.
• Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and present findings.
• Train users on Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, promoting self-service BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced level in Excel.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Fluent spoken and written English (B2 level).
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a finance function within a national or multinational company.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with finance-related systems; Oracle and SAP knowledge.
• Familiarity with Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, Python, or SQL.
