About the position

The Credit Risk Analyst at Republic Finance plays a crucial role in developing analytical reporting and measuring funnel metrics to support the marketing team. This position involves collaborating with various departments to drive business expansion while balancing growth, risk, and profitability. The analyst will be a key thought leader in digital marketing strategy, contributing significantly to marketing decisions and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish a robust infrastructure for testing new customer acquisition and digital marketing strategies.
• Develop reporting for test and learn strategies measuring funnel traffic and loan performance.
• Maintain a performance monitoring framework and management dashboards to highlight areas of concern and opportunity.
• Monitor and analyze competitor data and marketing creative for insights.
• Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with operations for improvements.
• Maintain reporting for Lead Generation partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-4 years in an analyst role focused on data-driven problem solving.
• 2-3 years of analytical experience in digital marketing including website analytics, SEO, SEM, and A/B testing.
• Highly proficient in SQL; Python experience preferred.
• Experience with high-performance CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, initiative, intellectual curiosity, creativity, and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in digital marketing strategies including SEM, SEO, and social media.
• Familiarity with customer feedback analysis and resolution processes.
