About the position

The Credit Risk Program Manager/Business Analyst role is designed to support the Regulatory Portfolio for the Counterparty Credit Risk Technology team. This position requires a multi-disciplinary approach, involving close collaboration with senior business and technology managers. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, ensuring that release timelines and milestones are met while managing risks and dependencies. The role demands strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Have direct delivery responsibility for their projects (i.e. end to end ownership of the program)
  • Have oversight of all projects within the program and be responsible for recognizing when individual projects may be off track
  • Identify risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) and proactively manage/reporting RAIDs.
  • Review and/or publish the weekly status report for the program
  • Consistently meet with project managers to understand progress and issues across projects and provide support as necessary
  • Be responsible for weekly status reporting and preparing materials to present to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 years of experience in Business Analysis
  • 5 years of experience in Risk Management
  • 6 years of experience in credit risk management
  • 5 years of experience in market risk analytics
  • 4 years of experience in Python
  • 4 years of experience in SQL
  • 4 years of experience in Program Management

Nice-to-haves

  • Computer Engineering/Financial Degree
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with VaR, Risk Analytics
  • Exposure to financial/product control functions within a bank
  • Exposure to Program Project Risk Tool (PPRT)
