About the position

The Credit Risk Transformation Program Manager will oversee the implementation and management of the ICM program deliverables, focusing on Wholesale and Counterparty Credit Risk. This role requires extensive experience in risk and change management, as well as structured project management techniques, to ensure successful project execution in a front office environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed understanding of the ICM program deliverables.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of Wholesale and Counterparty Credit Risk (WLCR / CCR) initiatives.
• Utilize structured project management techniques to lead high-impact projects.
• Design and implement structured business and operational processes.
• Analyze legislative and regulatory texts and provide legal analysis as needed.
• Review and provide insights into meeting regulatory remediation needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Risk and Change Management.
• Demonstrable experience in high impact projects as a consultant or internal change leader.
• Expertise in designing and implementing structured business processes.
• Knowledge of credit risk best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze and interpret regulatory texts.
