Responsibilities
- Requesting all pre-litigation documents such as police reports, medical records, and bills.
- Maintaining regular and timely communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Demonstrating strong multitasking skills and being highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Working efficiently at a fast pace with a heavy case volume.
- Preparing demands and closing statements.
- Providing smart, friendly, quality service to clients.
Requirements
- Must speak Creole fluently.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (1 year preferred).
- Valid Paralegal Certificate certification.
