Responsibilities

• Provide project oversight and training to crew members
• Manage inventory materials and company equipment, ensuring proper maintenance
• Perform weatherization techniques for energy efficiency, including installation/repair of windows and doors, blown-in insulation, and air sealing measures
• Problem solve issues that arise during projects to ensure proper completion of work scope
• Document all aspects of a project, including materials utilized and equipment monitoring

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience in construction or building trades
• Prior supervisory experience or relevant academic training
• Clean and valid New York State driver's license
• BPI certification (a plus)
• OSHA 10 Certification (preferred)
• Building Analyst 1 Certification (preferred)
