About the position

As a Crew Chief at Team Car Care, you will play a vital role in the management team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure operational efficiency and team engagement while providing training and support to crew members.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the General Manager to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Coach and execute excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience.
  • Set a positive example as a leader while building team engagement and efficiency.
  • Develop teammates by leveraging the internal training program and providing ongoing guidance.
  • Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
  • Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Provide clear and detailed direction to the team consistently.
  • Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
  • Guide and mentor automotive technicians and Customer Service Associates (CSAs).
  • Perform opening and closing duties when the General Manager is off.
  • Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction for achieving business goals.
  • Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
  • Adhere to all rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist guests with their questions and needs.

Requirements

  • One to three years of retail management experience.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
  • Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
  • Ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives to increase sales.
  • Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
  • Must be able to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice-to-haves
