About The Position

Join our team as a Crew Closer at McDonald's! This position requires availability until 1 AM, where you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers. As a Crew Member, you will connect with customers, help them order their favorite meals, prepare food, and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant. We prioritize the health and safety of our team, providing Personal Protective Equipment and enhanced cleaning protocols. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability until 1 AM
• Self-motivation and ability to multi-task
• Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals
• Keep the restaurant looking phenomenal
• Complete nightly cleaning duties
