About the position

The Crew Lead/Foreman for Attic Projects is responsible for managing attic and crawl space restoration projects, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met while leading a cohesive team. This role involves mentoring crew members, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Build and lead a cohesive team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Mentor and develop crew members professionally.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews, including task assignments and equipment availability.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
  • Train crew on proper installation techniques and safe material handling.
  • Manage all assets necessary for daily projects: personnel, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Communicate job progress, material requirements, and issues encountered at the site.
  • Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Resolve minor conflicts among crew members professionally.
  • Oversee loading/unloading of materials and equipment to job sites.
  • Manage project paperwork for accurate material usage and labor allocation.
  • Complete end-of-day paperwork and verify payment amounts.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in attic and crawl space restoration (at least 1 year).
  • Experience in skilled trades such as plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work (at least 5 years).
  • Proven leadership skills (at least 2 years) with the ability to motivate and mentor crew members.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record within the last 7 years.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent ability to manage client relationships.
