The Crew Member position at Dunkin' Donuts is an entry-level role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Crew Members are responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages according to Dunkin' Brands' operational and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Responsibilities

• Work well with others in a team environment
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Provide great guest service and resolve guest issues on the spot
• Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment
• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
• Handle POS transactions and payments accurately
• Prepare and deliver products according to brand standards

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Basic computer skills
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED
• ServSafe certification required
