About The Position

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and prepare their orders in a cheerful and helpful manner.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them accurately to guests.
• Use the Point of Sale system to record orders and compute bills, collecting payments and making change.
• Perform cash-in procedures, accounting for all forms of money during the shift.
• Prepare food neatly and in a timely manner according to established formulas.
• Check products in the sandwich unit area and restock items as necessary.
• Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation and service.
• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.
• Understand and adhere to all quality standards and procedures outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual.
• Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
• Complete University of SUBWAY® courses as directed.
• Assist the Store Manager with tasks to maintain smooth store operations.
