About the position
The Crew Member / Team Member at The Outside Life, LLC is responsible for maintaining outdoor gardens and yards in the Honolulu and East Oahu area. This role involves various landscaping tasks at high-end residential properties, requiring a professional demeanor and a passion for quality service.
Responsibilities
- Mowing, weed-whacking, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
- Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs.
- Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged trees.
- Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees.
- Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching, and applying pesticides.
- Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment.
- Installing sprinkler and irrigation systems.
Requirements
- Experience in landscape maintenance (1 year preferred).
- Valid Driver's License.
