About the position
As a Crew Member at SONIC Drive-In, your primary responsibility is to deliver a SuperSONIC experience to every guest. This role involves creating and packaging menu items, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and effectively communicating with team members to ensure a smooth operation. Flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential for this part-time position.
Responsibilities
- Create and package delicious menu items.
- Provide a SuperSONIC experience to every guest.
- Maintain SONIC safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate continuously with team members to motivate and assist.
- Help customers navigate the menu and customize their orders.
Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Effective communication skills, along with basic math and reading skills.
- Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
- General knowledge of the food service or retail operations preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
