About the position
As a Crew Member at MOD Pizza, you will be an integral part of our Restaurant Squad, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable MOD Pizza experience. Your role will involve crafting pizzas that are not only delicious but also visually appealing, catering to a diverse range of customers from pineapple adventurers to cheese lovers. You will work in a vibrant environment that promotes authenticity and teamwork, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued. In this position, you will be responsible for making pizzas, salads, and other menu items while packaging customer orders with a sense of urgency. Adhering to food safety and quality standards is paramount, as is maintaining a clean and organized restaurant space. You will embody the fundamentals of hospitality, ensuring that every interaction with customers is friendly, accurate, and efficient. Collaboration with your fellow Squad Crew members is essential, as you work together to create an enjoyable atmosphere for both staff and customers. Responsibilities
- Make customers pizzas, salads and more
- Package customer orders with urgency
- Follow all food safety and food quality standards
- Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver the best customer service
- Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift
- Have fun and work together with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe
Requirements
- Demonstrate a passion for people and enjoy connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
- Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
- Have a history of consistent attendance and punctuality
- Show an interest to learn, grow and contribute to the success of the restaurant
- Teens (16+) are encouraged to apply
